Please complete our request form before Friday 21 November 2025 if you are physically unable to cross the stage (e.g., graduands in wheelchairs or with injuries) or require our assistance with any of the following: 

• special arrangements for health reasons;
• reserving space for your wheelchair next to a partner’s seat;
• a guide if you have impaired vision; or
• the services of a South African Sign Language interpreter, who will be seated with you or your guests
