Staff Internationalisation Opportunities

Through a strong network of partner institutions across six continents, SU supports both academic and professional administrative support staff (PASS) in gaining international experiences.

Every year, SU International awards mobility grants to around 50 staff members, enabling them to connect with peers at partner institutions abroad. These visits offer valuable opportunities to:

  • Benchmark against global best practices
  • Collaborate on research or institutional projects
  • Enhance professional skills and intercultural competence

By participating in international experiences—whether through short-term visits or longer engagements—staff contribute to SU’s global outlook and enrich the university community.
