Stellenbosch University International (SUI) regularly welcomes international visitors and delegations from various institutions and organisations to our Stellenbosch campus throughout the year. We can help to plan your visit with the relevant academics and/or administrative staff as per the primary purpose of your visit.
These include:
- Presentations by, and meetings with, university administrators and academics
- Visits to institutes, centres, and labs
Campus tours for delegates
Please Note: December and January fall within SU's summer break where the possibility for visits may be limited

A Visit from the Consulate General of India: 29 May 2026
On 29 May 2026, Stellenbosch University (SU) welcomed the Consul General of India, Ms Ruby Jaspreet, alongside Mr Bhagwan Sahay Meena (Consul), Mr Nischail Singh (Marketing Executive), and Ms Kimberly Lauren Pillay (Marketing Assistant).
This courtesy visit included key discussions with Professor Deresh Ramjugernath (Rector and Vice-Chancellor), Professor Richard Stevens (Deputy Vice-Chancellor: Learning and Teaching), Ms Ellen Tise (Senior Director: Library and Information Technology), and Mr Moses Pieterse (Senior Programme Manager: Partnerships and INTERINFO, SU International).
We thank the Consulate General for their visit and for the valuable engagement on our campus.
