Centre For Global Engagement

The Centre for Global Engagement (CGE) consists of three functional units: The Unit for Partnerships, the Unit for Student Mobility and the Unit for Global Learning.

The strategic activities of the CGE are: Bilateral and multilateral partnership development, information management, staff internationalisation, global learning, non-degree student mobility, internationalisation at home, international student integration and responsible internationalisation.

The CGE supports the activities and aims of the UNESCO Chair on Intercultural Competences and the Stellenbosch University Japan Centre. The CGE also works with various service providers, such as the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS).
