Attend a Summer/Winter School
As a SU student, you have the opportunity to attend a summer or winter school at one of SU’s many international partner institutions.
What Are Summer and Winter Schools?
These are short-term academic programmes, typically lasting between 1 and 6 weeks — offered by universities during either the northern or southern hemisphere’s summer or winter breaks.
They provide a unique chance to:
- Explore academic topics in a global context
- Engage with international peers
- Experience transformative learning beyond South Africa
