Chamber Music Division

Chamber Music Division

The Chamber Music studies introduce students to a range of repertoire suited to different chamber music formations and develops the fundamental skills required for the preparation, rehearsal, and performance of chamber works. Students receive weekly coaching from experienced chamber music staff, which exposes students to a variety of musical approaches and interpretative viewpoints. In addition to their own coaching, students observe staff working with other chamber groups, providing them with insight into different rehearsal methods and ensemble strategies. The module provides a structured and supportive environment in which students learn to collaborate, listen, and adapt across a variety of musical contexts.
