Please visit the Applicant Portal to register your student profile or contact 021 808 4515. An application fee is payable upon registration.
Step 3: Auditions
Auditions will need to be completed by all applicants for BAMus, BMus, Diploma and Higher Certificates, as well as BMus Hons and Master’s.
- It is suggested for degree and diploma applicants to select one more music qualification option they qualify for, as a matriculation contingency.
In other words: [Diploma + Higher Certificate] OR [Music Degree of choice + Higher Certificate or Diploma]. - BAMusic and BMus admission requirements are the same and applicants who selected either as their degree of choice during the application phase can easily switch between the 2 options up to registration.
Therefore, it is recommended to select a music degree option and another choice (Diploma or Higher Certificate) on the application portal.
