Residences for senior and returning students will open as follows: 

Undergraduate residences on the Stellenbosch campus 

• 16 January 2026: House Committee (HC) Members
• 4 February 2026: Senior students 

Senior residences on the Stellenbosch campus 

Walter Parry House, Huis Mac Donald/Concordia/Lobelia/Huis de Villiers/The Village and Huis Russel Botman), LLL Houses, CSC Houses and SU houses  

• 16 January 2026  

Students who will not be taking up their residence place must notify [email protected]. 

Registration and residence occupancy 

Students intending to make use of either online (self-registration) or the early on-campus (assisted) registration are advised that SU residences will not be accessible for early occupancy. If you choose to register early, please ensure that you make alternative accommodation arrangements.
