Postgraduate Diploma in Defence Studies
The Postgraduate Diploma in Defence Studies is designed to develop advanced analytical, strategic, and operational competencies in commissioned and selected non-commissioned officers. The programme provides specialised knowledge in defence management, contemporary security challenges, and African security dynamics, enabling informed decision-making in complex military and defence environments.

Please note that selection for postgraduate programmes is highly competitive. Meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission to the programme.
Minimum toelatingsvereistes
A BMil degree (or equivalent qualification), for which a final mark of 60% was achieved in the final year of study.

The programme is presented on a modular basis over two years. You must attend all scheduled block modules.
