Call for Applications
Connect@UniStra International Staff Week
Professional Administrative Support Staff (PASS) at Stellenbosch University (SU) are invited to apply for the Connect@UniStra International Staff Week, hosted at the University of Strasbourg, France. The programme includes focused workshops on building Erasmus+ projects, international academic networking, and well-being in international mobility, alongside targeted job-shadowing opportunities with Strasbourg's International Relations Office staff.
Programme dates: 12 - 16 October 2026
Who Can Apply:
Permanent PASS staff at SU who have been appointed for at least two years, and that has not been on an Erasmus+ mobility in the last two years.
Application Deadline: 11 August 2026
Application Requirements
Applicants may be required to submit:
- A motivation letter
- A short mobility proposal/work plan
- Approval from their line manager or supervisor
Funding
This opportunity is funded by the Erasmus+ grant which contributes towards travel costs, accommodation, and daily subsistence expenses.
Riga Technical University Erasmus+ Mobility Week
Professional Administrative Support Staff (PASS) at Stellenbosch University (SU) are invited to apply for an Erasmus+ mobility opportunity at Riga Technical University in Latvia. Based on the theme, “Strengthening Erasmus+ Offices: Digital and Non-Digital Solutions”, the programme is dedicated to strengthening digital and non-digital capacities of Erasmus+ offices, fostering internationalisation and global collaboration.
In-person activities will be held from 19 - 23 October 2026 covering topics like:
- Common digital challenges across Erasmus+ offices;
- Mobility management softwares;
- Digitalisation trends in higher education mobility;
- Digital vs Non-Digital: finding the right balance;
- Integration of incoming teaching mobilities: digital and non-digital aspects;
Enhancing well-being and resilience among international mobility coordinators etc.

Permanent staff at SU who have been appointed for at least two years, and that has not been on an Erasmus+ mobility in the last two years.
