Hiermee 'n uitnodiging na die volgende vergadering van die Skole-interaksie Forum wat sal plaasvind op Donderdag 19 Mei 2016 vanaf 09:00 – 12:30 by iThemba 2, Afrika Sentrum vir MIV/VIGS Gebou.

In opvolging van die Forum se vorige ontmoetings en ter uitvoering van 'n onderneming van die Rektor aan die Idasvallei Leraarskring in September 2015, sal hierdie byeenkoms baie spesifiek fokus op skole-interaksie en venootskappe in die Stellenbosch-omgewing.

A. Die voorlopige agenda (09:00 – 12:00) is soos volg:

               1.   Verwelkoming en Konteksstelling: Dr Antoinette Smith-Tolken

               2.   Aanbiedings deur:

               2.1 Benita Jansen en Michelle Pietersen (MGD Eenstop – studente  vrywilligerprojekte)

               2.2 Leon van den Heever & August Engelbrecht (Sentrum vir Studentewerwing)

               2.3 Trevor van Louw (SUNCEP) - vestiging van 'n Stellenbosch "hub" vir Hope@Maties

               3.   Geleentheid vir kollegas om kortliks interaksie/projekte bekend te stel

               4.   Moontlike protocol vir skole-interaksie

B. Vingerete vanaf 12:00

Indien jy nie meer by enige skole-interaksies of projekte betrokke is nie, sal jy asseblief die uitnodging aan die kollega(s) in jou fakulteit of departement stuur wat wel aan die stuur van sulke interaksies staan.

This an invitation to the next meeting of the Schools Interaction Forum which will take place on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 09:00 to 12:30 at iThemba 2, Africa Centre for HIV/AIDS Building.

Following the Forum's previous meetings and furthering an undertaking of the Rector to the Idas Valley Ministers Forum in September 2015 this event will specifically focus on interaction with schools and partnerships in the Stellenbosch area.

               3.   Opportunity for colleagues to briefly introduce interaction / projects

               4.   Discussion: Possible protocol for interaction with schools
