We are very pleased to nominate Elizabeth Michaels for special recognition for the incredible support she provides as our Administrator in the Project Management Office. Quite simply, Elizabeth is the heart of our department. She keeps everything running smoothly and does it all with positivity, patience, and a genuine commitment to the PMO's success.  Elizabeth has grown and developed over the last few years to become a key person in the Director: Project Management's team. 

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Elizabeth. She is always willing to go the extra mile, often anticipating what needs to be done before anyone even asks. Her calm presence under pressure, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever required are making a huge difference to the staff of the Project Management Office, other departments, end users, consultants, contractors, and suppliers she deals with daily.

We've all come to rely on Elizabeth not just for her exceptional organisational skills, but also for the way she brings people together and lifts team morale. Recognising her hard work and dedication with this reward is a well-deserved thank-you for everything she does. 

Elizabeth worked hard at improving her academic qualifications. She was committed, studied after hours, and completed her National Diploma in Management Assistant in 2021.
