About the Lund Programme (2025/2026)
The 2025/2026 Lund Programme was designed as a structured learning journey that unfolded over several months, from October 2025 to June 2026. The programme created opportunities for continuous engagement, intercultural learning, and professional collaboration between Stellenbosch University (SU) and Lund University (LU).
Key elements included:
Monthly online sessions (October 2025 – June 2026), where participants exchanged ideas, engaged with experts, and collaborated with peers.
In-person mobility weeks with a strong job-shadowing component at both universities:
Stellenbosch University (South Africa), November 2025: SU colleagues hosted LU participants in their departments as part of a five-day programme.
Lund University (Sweden), May 2026: LU colleagues hosted SU participants in their departments.
A final online reflection session (June 2026), where participants shared insights and experiences gained throughout the programme.
