The Division for Research Development is hosting a training session for researchers on the use of the research publication submission system, Symplectic Elements, for the submission of creative research outputs.

All researchers intending to submit creative research outputs for the 2027 submission cycle are required to attend this session.

Time: 13:00–14:30

Venue: NITheCS Seminar Room, Ground Floor, Merensky Building

The NITheCS Seminar Room can be accessed through the glass doors on the right side of the Merensky Building. The building is accessible via the Merriman entrance or from the right-hand side of the AJ Perold Building when walking towards Merriman.

All permanent Stellenbosch University staff members have access to Symplectic Elements using their SU credentials. Please ensure that you are able to log in to the system before the training session.
