The Division for Learning and Teaching Enhancement (DLTE) is pleased to announce the relaunch of the Fund for Innovation and Research into Learning and Teaching (Finlo) and encourages staff to start thinking about potential applications.

The reimagined Finlo is closely aligned with the SU Vision 2040 and Strategic Plan, as well as the Teaching-Learning Policy (2025). Finlo reflects our shared commitment to advancing excellence and innovation in teaching, learning and assessment (TLA), and to strengthening Stellenbosch University’s journey towards becoming a learning-centred organisation that supports the success of both students and staff.

Further details, including application guidelines and timelines, will be shared when the call officially opens in the coming months.
