Call for submissions

 

We invite proposals for presentations, that are aligned with the theme and/or the subthemes.

Submission types

We welcome a range of contributions, including:

  • Research papers
  • Case studies
  • Practice-based papers/reports


Submissions should clearly indicate the subtheme they address and demonstrate relevance to the conference theme.

Timeline
First call for submissions circulated20 April 2026
Second call for submissions circulated18 May 2026
Submission of abstracts closes5 June 2026
Notification of acceptance of abstracts10 July 2026

Deadline for presenters to confirm that

they will attend the conference in-person

24 July 2026

Deadline for presenters to register and

pay

7 August 2026

Evaluation criteria for abstracts

All abstracts will be evaluated based on relevance to the theme and subthemes. Abstracts that demonstrate an explicit link with the theme and subthemes will be given preference.
