Call for sponsorships

Donations and sponsorships contribute significantly to our ability to present the Symposium and to the success of the event. We would therefore like to invite vendors to participate by means of a sponsorship or donation, and by your attendance at the Symposium. In return we hope that you will perceive your attendance as equally beneficial in providing you with an opportunity to engage with academic library leaders in the country and from abroad.

The following opportunities are available for potential sponsors:

Gold sponsor

  • Complimentary registration for three people
     
  • Exhibition table
     
  • Prominent display of company name, logo and URL on the screen between sessions as well as on the symposium website
     
  • Mention in symposium literature as a Gold Sponsor
     
  • Option to present at the Symposium, dependent on acceptance of your proposed topic
     
  • Promotional items may be made available to be included in symposium bags and may be handed out

Silver sponsor

  • Complimentary registration for two people
     
  • Exhibition table
     
  • Display of company name, logo and URL on the symposium website
     
  • Mention in symposium literature as a Silver Sponsor
     
  • Promotional items may be made available to be included in symposium bags and may be handed out

Bronze sponsor

R50 000

  • Complimentary registration for one person
     
  • Exhibition table
     
  • Display of company name, logo and URL on the symposium website
     
  • Promotional items may be made available to be included in symposium bags and may be handed out

Blue sponsor

R25 000

  • Display of company name, logo and URL on the symposium website
     
  • Company banner may be displayed at the Symposium
     
  • Promotional items may be made available to be included in symposium bags and may be handed out

The above information indicates a guide to the sponsors’ benefits, but alternative promotional opportunities may be discussed. Contributions will be used primarily towards the travel and accommodation expenses of keynote speakers and for the symposium venue. However, you are most welcome to specify the application of funds according to your preference.
