Discussion rooms and a virtual meeting room in the Learning Commons are available free of charge for group bookings by SU students and staff during library hours.
The auditorium has seating for 147 people. It is available free of charge for SU staff and SRC-registered societies (Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00). The auditorium is not suited for hybrid or remote events.
The Digital Commons and E-Classroom serve as both learning and training spaces and are available free of charge for group bookings by SU staff, under certain conditions and during library hours.
Masters and Doctoral students, academic staff and administrative staff of the university may use the teleconference room free of change during library hours.
The video conference room enables SU postgraduate students and researchers to collaborate nationally and internationally. Available free of charge to SU staff during library hours.
