Research

Research in the Faculty of Theology engages critically with questions of faith, ethics and society. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and strong community engagement, our research contributes to public life, social transformation and theological scholarship.

The Faculty of Theology is home to a diverse community of researchers, including academic staff, postgraduate students and research associates, who contribute to national and international scholarship.

We foster a dynamic research environment that connects academic scholarship with real-world challenges. Our research spans biblical studies, systematic theology, practical theology and missiology, and engages themes such as justice, reconciliation, human dignity, faith and public life.
