The Department offers a four-year, ECSA accredited, undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering, which can lead to registration as a professional engineer. We take pride in developing highly skilled, well-rounded professional engineers.
BEng in Civil Engineering
Are you thinking about starting a career in civil engineering? Our four-year ECSA-accredited BEng programme is the perfect place to begin. Structured Master of Engineering (MEng)
– excluding Water and Construction Engineering and Management
The MEng (Structured) is perfect for those who prefer a more organised approach to learning. This programme combines advanced coursework with practical knowledge in specific civil engineering areas. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering

Doctor of Engineering (DEng)
