Have you experienced any of the following in the past two weeks and has any of these problems made it difficult for you to do your work, take care of things at home or get along with people?
- Loss of interest or pleasure in things that you used to enjoy
- Changes in your eating or sleeping habits
- Difficulty concentrating in class or in general
- General feelings of sadness, irritability, fear or helplessness
- Dissatisfaction with yourself (e.g. feeling not good enough)
- Often being tense, nervous or on edge
- Being preoccupied with too many things at once, or overthinking things
- Coping with stressors by relying on unhealthy habits, such as self-harming, substance abuse or excessive eating
We would encourage you to make an appointment for free psychological or therapeutic support at the Centre for Student Counselling and Development (CSCD).
