Special arrangements

Please complete our request form for special arrangements before Friday, 20 March 2026 if you are physically unable to cross the stage (e.g., graduands in wheelchairs or with injuries) or if you or your guests require our assistance with any of the following: 

• special arrangements for health reasons;
• reserving space for your wheelchair next to a partner’s seat;
• a guide if you have impaired vision;
• the services of a South African Sign Language interpreter, who will be seated with you or your guests; or
• interpreting service in Afrikaans or isiXhosa. All the graduation ceremonies will be presented in English with some Afrikaans and isiXhosa which will be repeated in English.
