Omission from graduation list

If for some reason, you are eligible to graduate in March 2026, but your name does not appear on the graduation list, please rest assured that we will make special arrangements for you.

• Please inform your faculty administrator of the omission. The contact details are available HERE.
• Arrangements will be made for you and your guests to attend the ceremony, and for you to walk across the stage.
• Your graduation documents will be sent via courier to your home address indicated on your student record.
• Your name will not appear on the graduation list published prior to graduation, or in the graduation programme on the day.
• Your name will be added to the final March 2026 graduation publication for the Stellenbosch University archive, and you will receive a copy for your own records after the graduation period.
