Special arrangements

Please complete our request form for special arrangements by Friday, 13 March 2026 at 12:00 if you are physically unable to cross the stage (e.g., graduands in wheelchairs or with injuries) or require our assistance with any of the following: 

• special arrangements for health reasons;
• reserving space for your wheelchair next to a partner’s seat;
• a guide if you have impaired vision; or
• the services of a South African Sign Language interpreter, who will be seated with you or your guests.
