- Dr. Meli M. Ncube joined a high-level panel on journalism’s role in the New World Order. Alongside experts from the MDIF and Namibia Media Trust, they explored how the media must navigate shifting global landscapes and evolving responsibilities in a fast-changing world.
Dr. Meli M. Ncube, Senior Researcher in the Department of Journalism, recently joined a high-level panel discussion titled “Making Sense of the New World Order – Journalism’s Role in a Shifting Global Landscape.”
Moderated by Ivor Price of Mzansi Foods, the panel also included Bilal Randeree (Chief Programme Officer, MDIF), Khadija Patel (Journalist-in-Residence, International Fund for Public Interest Media), and Zoé Titus (Director, Namibia Media Trust). Together, they explored journalism’s evolving role and responsibility in navigating today’s fast-changing global realities.
