Student Media

Our students in the BA Honours degree produce various media publications under the title SMF (Stellenbosch Media Forum) as part of their practical skills training. This includes the overall production and management of SMF News, an online news website covering news events that affect the broader Stellenbosch community; a newspaper themed around current media developments; and the SMF magazine, in which the students explore topical issues within the South African media landscape.
