Mr Rudolph van Jaarsveld manages all entertainment technical aspects of the Adam Small Theatre Complex for the Auditorium (main theatre) and the Laboratory theatre, including lighting, sound, props and décor. He lectures in Audio and Lighting. He is a firm believer in continuous training and life-long learning and uses every opportunity available to advance and develop colleagues and students.
