Business Management

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences' Business Management division is responsible for the effective management of the faculty in accordance with general business management principles. We are responsible for effective strategic and operational service-delivery to the faculty’s staff, students and other clients and achieve this by coordinating the functional support environments and managing service level agreements. In consultation with the heads of central support services and their staff, the division is responsible for the continued improvement of the quality of support services to and in the faculty. 

The following divisions report into the Business Management Structure: General Financial Management, Grants Management, Fundraising and Partnerships, Facilities Management, Digital Transformation/IT and Marketing and Communications.
