Biography
Ntando Sindane is a lecturer in the Department of Public Law, and he teaches Public International Law and Jurisprudence (legal philosophy). Previously, he taught Public International Law and Research Methodology at the University of the Western Cape, and he also taught African Customary Law, Private International Law, and Legal Pluralism at the University of the Free State. He holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a PhD degree in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Cape Town (UCT). His PhD thesis is titled, “Abezimu/Badimo (ancestors) and copyright law: from the Decolonial Turn to the Pluriversal Author”. He is the editor of various scholarly and literary academic journals.
