Demi Johannisen joined the Stellenbosch University Law Clinic on 1 February 2025. She obtained her LLB degree from the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2016 and completed her articles in 2019 at the UWC Law Clinic. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in September 2019. Demi assists clients with family law related matters, such as divorce proceedings, maintenance applications, children’s court and wills. Demi assists final year law students and supervises and mentors the candidate legal practitioners within her department.
