Practice Experience
Social work practitioner specialising in child protection, family violence, gender-based violence, and family counselling. He has served as Project Manager, Therapeutic Social Worker, and Head of the Men’s Intervention Programme at Community Cohesion NPO in Hout Bay, where he led programmes addressing family and gender-based violence and delivered casework, group work, and family-focused therapeutic interventions to both victims and perpetrators.
His work includes facilitating therapeutic and psychoeducational groups across diverse community settings, as well as engaging with stakeholders to support integrated service delivery. He previously worked as a Social Worker at NICRO in Cape Town, providing counselling, life skills training, and restorative justice interventions.
