She is built her career on genuine passion for customer experience, consistently going the extra mile to make every interaction seamless and positive. As a service desk agent, she learned the value of patience, clarity, and empathy, and used those foundations to grow into a highly trusted software licensing coordinator. 

Mandy's strength lies not only in her technical knowledge but her zealous to understand the complexity in order to be in a position that her engagements with SU stakeholders-build partnerships and rapport. Mandy is not afraid to step in to help, to support across diverse teams, challenging SU vendors or suppliers to understand the context of Stellenbosch University and how the IT Division needs to support research, learning and teaching - and how on-time renewal of licensing contract aid across the institution. She uplifts others, listens, and shares what she has learned. Her journey reflects determination, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence.
