​The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande, and his Police counterpart, Nkosinathi Nhleko, met on Monday with the leadership of SAPS at the University of Witwatersrand to agree on the urgent need to establish the rule of law at all institutions of higher learning in the country.
