This three-year programme prepares you for a career in managing human resources in organisations – a competency of which South Africa has a particular need. You will learn to:

understand people's behaviour, in particular in a working environment;
improve the working and living conditions of people;
understand the South African working environment and to identify career opportunities;
communicate clearly and meaningfully with people;
undertake planning, recruitment and selection of human resources professionally; and
deal with problems in labour relations.
