Restoration value: R11 million

The project to refurbish Stellenbosch University’s Ertjieskloof dam on Stellenbosch Mountain kicked off towards the end of 2020, a key part of which was to repair a leak in this popular Summer cooling down spot for students and Stellenbosch residents. The newly restored dam can now hold 79 615m³ of water.
