World Mental Health Day: We must prioritise adolescents’ mental well-being

​​Adolescence is a period of development associated with drastic changes. In addition to trying to establish identity and independence, adolescents face considerable social, environmental and digital factors which impact on their mental health. We must, therefore, prioritise their mental well-being and help them deal with the challenges they face during this important phase of their lives.
