In October 2026, Stellenbosch University Library and Information Service will welcome library and information professionals from around the world to the 17th Stellenbosch University Library Symposium, scheduled for 20–22 October at the Wallenberg Conference Centre, located within the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS).

Stellenbosch University is proud to announce the return of Library Research Week 2026, taking place from 11 to 15 May. Inspired by the competitive spirit and strategy of the upcoming FIFA World Cup, this year’s theme, "Score Big! Elevate Your Research", is designed to help you master the research field and achieve peak academic performance.
