If you have the details for the item/s you need, use this online request form to submit a request for items that are not available at the SU libraries. This service is available to SU students and staff only.

Important

• See instructions on how to find articles in the Find, access and use information guide; OR contact your faculty librarian if you need assistance with determining the availability of items at the SU libraries before you submit an interlibrary loan request.
• National interlibrary loans are free of charge, but as of 1 August 2025, international requests may involve cost. You will be informed by email if this applies to your request before we request the document. For costs, contact details and more, see Interlibrary loans.
• SU Libraries will not request books that are in our collection, but on loan to another client or available for in-library use only. If clients cannot wait for the items to become available, they are welcome to request the book and cover the courier cost themselves.
• Ensure you select the library you want the item to be sent to at "Pickup location".
• You will be notified by email when the item is available for collection.
