Residence move-in dates 

First-time-entering students who fail to arrive at the residence by the move-in dates, without prior arrangement, will have their residence placement cancelled and allocated to students on the residence waiting list. 

Residences will open as follows: 

• Monday, 26 January 2026: Faculty of Law, first-time-entering students
• Tuesday, 27 January 2026: All other first-time-entering students 

First-time-entering students who have been allocated a place in a university residence must report to their residences according to the times communicated by the individual residences. 

Cancellation of residence 

If you will not be taking up your place in residence, then you must inform the Student Accommodation Office at [email protected].
