Branding and corporate identity
We guide the application of brand identity guidelines through workshops, resources and templates, and approve all uses of the University’s brand in consultation with Innovus, the owners of the Trademark Policy.
Publications
From concept to production, we support our University partners in creating publications that reinforce our University’s strategic goals.
Mass mailer system
We provide training and guidance on best practices for mass mailers. The system is available to all our University entities as a paid service.
Institutional events
We offer advice and hands-on support for University entities planning and executing special events.
Internal communication
We enhance internal communication through strategic advice, campaign planning and guidance on crafting effective communiqués.
Media and social media
We provide media training, strategic support and expert advice to help staff maximise media opportunities. We also advise on social media planning and best practices to engage stakeholders effectively.
Web management
We help institutional websites meet best-practice standards by providing design advice, technical support and training for web coordinators.
