For the next few weeks, modules for 2026 will be rolled over one instance at a time, starting with FMHSLearn. Notification banners and progress updates will be displayed for each instance as soon as their allocated rollover begins. We have compiled a ​SUNLearn Rollover and Refresh Guide that highlights the most important aspects to keep in mind, such as not changing any content during this period and how enrolments are managed.

Once rollover of your instance has been completed, we will notify you.

Once rollover is complete and facilitators have been enrolled for their modules, you should tidy your module space(s) and refresh them for the new year. This is crucial for ensuring that students have access to the latest content and that the module and instance not be overloaded with unnecessary content.
