  • A community initiative aimed at responding to tangible needs of those in the Krotoa building.

The department of psychology started a community initiative aimed at responding to tangible needs of those in the Krotoa building. We know that there are many who sometimes need a hand, and there are also many who are in a position to help others. The initiative is called Krotoa Cares. We have created a sanitary station, community pantry and self-service library, where anyone can help themselves to products and make contributions.

The sanitary station is stocked and replenished with sanitary products for all, such as deodorant, soap, toothpaste, sanitary products and more.

Our library contains books for you to read. This includes novels, self-help books, text books and more.

The community pantry stocks non-perishable groceries such as canned food, cereal, and noodles for those in need.

This project is not funded and relies on kindness from students, lecturers, and anyone in the community. If you have any sanitary items, books or groceries, please donate them. If you need any items on the tables, please take.

The message is simple: If you have, please give. If you need, please take.
