Stellenbosch University's Central Events and Conferencing Office (CECO) is in full operation since we had come out of hard lockdown in 2020. This unit manages all short-term rentals for events and conferences on campus and virtual. 

“CECO manages short-term rentals for both SU clients and external clients wanting to rent our world-class facilities. There is a lot of new information regarding the services offered. We will be running a series of explainer videos over the next few months to clarify the new processes and systems in place. We are up to speed with the latest Covid-19 compliance regulations and will ensure safe and compliant events for our clients. Conference liaison, supplier sourcing and assistance with municipal applications are but a few of the services we offer," says Catherine Channing, manager of CECO.
