Struggling wiht lower back pain or just need a break from sitting? Join our healthy you program running from 29 May until 23 June. The program is designed and supervised by biokineticist and includes 3 core stability sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) starting at 13:00. Session duration last 30-40 minutes and will be conducted at the sport science building.
