Please consult the SUNStudent portal to view your assessment timetable and venue details for the A2 assessment period from 18 May to 10 June 2026. Refer to the student guide — How to access assessment timetable and concession letter — for assistance.

• Remember to allow the registration page to load completely before you try to access your timetable.
• Please note step 5 in the student user guide (How to access your assessment timetable and concession letter). Students should ensure that the correct ‘period’ (semester) is selected before the search. If the correct semester is not selected, the venues will not display correctly.  

Students who cannot view their assessment timetables and venues on their personal profiles on the portal, can consult the PDF version of the A2 Assessment timetable (once available). Note that you need to scroll down to the date of your assessment to find the related information.

Concession venues 

Concession students should kindly follow up with the Client Services Centre at [email protected] or 021 808-9111 to confirm your concession venue. Please supply your student number upon enquiry. Due to construction in Admin A, the Client Services Centre has relocated temporarily to the Inorganic Chemistry building in Bosman Street.
