While walk-in services are available for our nurse practitioners, we strongly encourage students and staff to schedule an appointment in advance to ensure timely care and minimize wait times during periods of high patient volume.

In order to book your appointment, please have the following information handy:  

• Your personal details (Name, Surname, ID Number, Contact Number)
• Student or personnel number (if applicable)

When you arrive for your appointment, please have the following:

• Details of ​person responsible for your account
• ID number of main member/responsible person
• Medical aid membership card (if applicable)​
