You make it… until we fake it: Counterfeiting

Counterfeiters present a threat to consumers and society. During the Annual Intellectual Property Law Public Lecture, Mo Khader (Spoor & Fisher) and Hugo Prinsloo (Von Seidels) will discuss the legal landscape in South Africa and, more broadly, Africa to combat counterfeiting. Thereafter, a panel discussion, led by Prof Sadulla Karjiker (IP Chair), will follow.
