The Bachelor of Arts Honours in African Languages for Professional Contexts focuses on professional discourse practices in African languages in multilingual contexts. It focuses specifically on the study of African languages in the related fields of sociolinguistics, communication study, pragmatics, discourse analysis and genre analysis.
