Stellenbosch University has appointed Standard Bank as the new provider for the Motor Vehicle Finance Scheme and fuel cards.

Kindly note that the interest rate has improved to 0.7% below prime (effective 1 July 2026). All vehicle purchases now require the seller/dealer to be registered as a creditor on the University system before payment can be processed.

New Standard Bank fuel cards are available for collection from: Transport Services, Room 103, 48 Banghoek Street, Stellenbosch.

Please exchange your existing WesBank/FNB fuel cards by 31 July 2026. All old cards will be cancelled after 31 August 2026.
